Bring your mind and body back together to work for, not against you.
Revive – Mind and Body aims to help you get out of your own way so that you can achieve your goals and move through your life feeling more confident and connected.
Over three weeks, Chafia Brooks and Dr Lara Corr will use dance movement and life coaching to help you identify a goal, work with fear blocks and transform fear into supportive energy using body based awareness, movement, cognitive coaching and visualisation. Whether you come with a specific goal in mind or you simply want to reconnect to your body and learn useful mind-body tools, you will come away feeling more connected to your body, more able to work effectively with fear and more able to move through the world with confidence and awareness.

About the facilitators:
Chafia uses her background in contemporary dance, dance therapy and body-based practice to introduce participants to experiences and techniques, which will help bring awareness back to their physical self and live in a more embodied and whole way.
Lara is passionate about helping people get out of their own way so that they can love themselves and their lives and, importantly, live their purpose. She uses a combination of evidence-based research, cognitive coaching tools and mind-body visualisations to create transformative coaching experiences to create lives of joy and purpose.
